How do I refer someone to Jewel360?

There are two easy ways to refer someone to Jewel360. Once you login to your Jeweler's Circle account, you'll get access to both your unique referral link and a simple form to submit referrals directly.

Use your referral link when posting on social media or sharing with your network. Anyone who clicks and submits their info will automatically be connected back to you.

If you already have someone in mind, just click "Submit a Referral" in your portal and enter their contact details. Our team will take it from there.

 

Can I choose a different reward or opt for cash instead?

Yes. You always have the option to redeem a cash payout instead of the default reward for your tier. Here's how the cash rewards break down:

Referral #1: $500
Referral #2: $500
Referral #3: $750
Referral #4: $750
Referral #5 and beyond: $1,000 per referral

You’ll be able to choose your reward preference in your Jeweler's Circle portal when each referral qualifies.

What counts as a successful referral?

To count as a successful referral, you need to refer another jeweler who signs a new contract with Jewel360 and starts using our software to run their store.

The most common reason a referral doesn’t qualify is that the business is already a Jewel360 customer. Only new customers are eligible for referral rewards.

 

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

There’s no limit to how many jewelers you can refer. After your fifth successful referral, you become an official Jewel360 Diamond Partner.

Every referral beyond that earns you a $1,000 cash reward. And for our top Diamond referrers, we’ll be adding bonus perks and surprises so stay tuned!

When do I receive my rewards?

You’ll be eligible to redeem your rewards once your referral signs a contract with Jewel360. We’ll send you an email confirmation when that happens.
